Room smelled terribly musty, very old and outdated bathroom. Bed was adequately comfortable, but bed coverings were stained . Breakfast only served until about 8:50 AM, so get there early. Ok for the price, but I won't stay again

I stayed at a hotel for $100 a night, but the experience was not worth that price realistically it felt closer to $50 - $60. The room had a noticeable smoking smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Before booking, I even called the hotel to confirm whether the breakfast was continental or Full breakfast, and they clearly told me it was Full breakfast. However, when I arrived, the breakfast was only a continental breakfast, and this was never mentioned anywhere in the listing.

No major complaints but the tv didn’t work, shower pressure was pitiful, and the fridge was leaking. The coffee in the breakfast area tasted like metal

The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. The rooms was clean but my 1st room the tv was not working and the phone, but the staff help quickly move my family and I into another room without any issues or room problems. All in all the rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful.

The pool has been closed, which is not shown on your website or theirs. The bathroom door didn't shut. The breakfast didn't have non-dairy or lactose free milk, so there were few choices for lactose-intolerant people. There are millions of us in this country.
