I didn't spend too much time there- i was traveling so I spent a lot of time out of the room. However whenever I needed something, the staff was extremely helpful. As a solo traveler, i felt safe. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phoenix! They even offer luggage storage which was a plus, gave me time to check out and see colors before I headed home for my pm flight.

Valet staff was really nice and professional, besides that other staff at the reception was basic, I was really bothered when they told me I had to be checked out by “11am SHARP”
Really disappointed that the pool wasnt open plus so much construction going on since a year ago apparently
Starbucks was basic, hidden 100$ feet when you check in and they allege they give you 25$ credit line to use at the restaurant or Starbucks! But not accumulative if you dont use your 25$ daily they’re gone!!
My view from my room was not the best, yea had a city view but my whole bottom view was construction workers working on the roof
House keeping ladies are quick, respect to them keeping this place clean within minutes besides that everything else was basic
It could have been better honestly

Check in was easy. The staff was a delight. This was my 3rd stay at the Renaissance. It's very conveniently located for events downtown. I'll be back again.

Location was PERFECT for a event at the convention center. The hotel decor is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant and bar on site was Fantastic.My room was great all elevators worked...I recommend and will be back!!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Hotel. My room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
