The Best Doubletree Hotel in Phoenix

WOW—our Anderson Family Reunion (7/18–7/25) at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Airport was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, every single staff member—from the front desk to the security team—treated us like family. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness we experienced was truly unforgettable.
Steven Cipriano and Mickey Kruse were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure our entire family felt welcomed, accommodated, and cared for every step of the way. Their attention to detail and warm spirit made a lasting impression on all of us.
Our family banquet was a highlight, the ballroom was beautifully decorated and exceeded our expectations, and the servers delivered top-tier service with excellence and grace. Everything was organized perfectly and ran smoothly.
If you’re looking for a place that delivers not just service, but an experience—this is it. We will absolutely be back to host our next reunion here!

Great stay in the Sun Belt!

Great. Super atmosphere and welcoming! Room was kept very clean and cool during heat wave! Value exceeds expectation! Noise level was appropriate! Service was A+ especially from Sarah, Anthony, Jorge , Adrianna sp? And Serenity at the front desk!!!!!

Our respite from a convention!

We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton in Phoenix on 44th. The atmosphere was so genuinely kind and helpful! Our room was incredibly clean and thankful it was cool in an insane heat wave. The value of our stay certainly exceeded what we expected.

Wonderful experience

The whole experience started with Tet at the front desk. He was personable, friendly, warm and welcoming. We had drinks and appetizers at the restaurant and our server Anthony was attentive, professional, polite and friendly. Over all our experience with the staff and service was wonderful!
