Very clean , staff cleaned and replaced towels daily , provided soap and other necessary , ac worked good and plenty of parking and free WiFi

Spent 4 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once, even though I requested full housekeeping. The first night, I pulled back the blankets to reveal several hairs, black spots (dead bugs?) and a dead roach between the sheets. Since housekeeping was gone, I was brought a new set of sheets and I had to personally strip the bed and remake the bed with the clean sheets (I have pictures). The nice lady with the red hair that worked Friday and Saturday was very understanding and attentive. Wish she'd been there the whole time. They did deliver clean towels daily, so there's that.

The rooms are very clean, we had no running water for most of the day due to an issue at the property, very inconvenient

The only complaint I have is about my noisy neighbors 🙄 they were so annoying. The property couldn’t do much but I appreciate the efforts.

All of the staff has been great. The cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful. Amber always seems to be present and working hard. Very helpful and friendly.
