This was an interesting hotel that didn’t feel well, hotelish.
The lobby was very quiet but the staff were very helpful.
The room was well appointed and the location was convenient for what I needed. There were nice amenities in the bathroom(toothbrush, soap, lotion)
I didn’t sleep that well. It could have been because of the not-so-comfortable mattress or because I had a lot in my mind. Probably a bit of both.
The rooftop bar was pretty with nice views but the drinks were way, way overpriced.

I was already in the shower unclothed when I realized there were NO TOWELS in the room. And there was no way to connect to the front desk so I had to forego my shower. The staff member did NOT seem very upset when I told her about not having towels, as I was checking out. The elevator mats were dirty and there was someone else’s toothpaste residue in the sink. Nora good experience at all.

Terrible!!!

I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. We booked a room for a few hours while in NYC for an event, simply so our group of six could shower, change, and get ready. We were not staying overnight, partying, or causing any disturbance.
A manager approached us and said only the people listed on the reservation could be inside the room. When we asked to see this policy because we could not find it anywhere in the booking information, he became disrespectful and threatened to call the police to have us removed.
We complied and had four people leave the room while two stayed. He told us he would provide a copy of the policy we supposedly violated, but he never did.
I understand hotels have rules, but threatening paying customers with the police instead of simply showing and explaining the policy is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Had this restriction been clearly disclosed when we booked, we would have simply chosen another hotel.
Terrible customer service and an extremely uncomfortable experience. I would not stay here again.

The entrance was a little sketch. Empty room with stairs leading up to the lobby. There was a loud beeping sound as soon as you get into the door. There were marks around walls of the room. No cleaning staff came in to just handle the minor things around the room. Walls were very thin. NOT horrible but not ideal.

Absolutely gorgeous. My first time staying with Nova and I will be back. Property was clean, and smelled amazing ! My room was spotless and the balcony was trustworthy. It even had an electrical outlet. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable
