Check in was quick. Staff friendly. Conveniently located. Clean room. Reasonably priced. This is our second year staying here. Will definitely be back.

Had several concerns and tried multiple times to reach management but never could get them as apparently they couldn’t be bothered to address customer concerns. Hot tub was warm (not hot) and dirty, dead bug in my bed (cozy!), iron deposits on shower head (not sure when the last time it was cleaned) and burners on stove were filthy. Updates and routine cleaning were needed. $25 “resort charge” apparently doesn’t mean a hot tub with proper temps or cleaning. Very disappointing. Booked through a 2rd party vendor who DID step up to address issues and tried multiple times to reach manager but mgr never called or emailed back. If this is how they treat their customers, you may want to look elsewhere.

It was a good stay. The rooms are dated but they were fairly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My children loved that, they had acess to three different pools. Overall it wasn't bad for the price and location.

The room was filthy mold all over the bathroom. Pool was milky looking and sandy. The pipes roared when someone in another room was showering. I was very disappointed and don’t ever plan on staying here again.

It wasn’t bad. Great for the price. Not very fancy but clean and quiet. Pools are good. View is great. No staff nagging you and you always got what you needed, towel’s etc. would stay there again.
