Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and modern. Even the restaurant in the lobby had amazing food at great prices. Exceeded expectations in all ways - terrific value for the price.

Good downtown location close to the main street and to the local super market. Helpful staff and a busy but good breakfast cafe

Clean room and excellent staff. The pool is across the parking lot, and although we didn't use it, we did go in and check it out, and it was clean, and the facility looked well-maintained. This motel does not offer breakfast and doesn't even have free coffee in the lobby. That was the one disappointing thing. Coffee should be offered for free in the lobby, and a continental breakfast would be nice. This is the only place we stayed all week that didn't have breakfast and coffee included.

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous. We arrived at 2:30AM and he was very helpful and understanding. The room was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in Moab. Loved our room.
We came while there were major wildfires happening. I called to get some updates from the front desk staff and they gave me one word answers and really didn’t care to help us beyond saying yes or no. I had to clarify whether they were physically onsite because it seemed like they didn’t know what was happening.
