Thieves who don't show their faces

Super dirty place, unpleasantly poorly repaired, bad conditions, and there is no customer service. The owner or manager won't show their face to solve the problems. They are thieves, please never rent here..

The condo itself was great, the location was great, however, there was only one working elevator. myself and other patrons were stuck and 911 had to be called to free us. Wait time for the use of the elevator was atleast twenty minutes.

I was traveling with my three kids and while the beachfront location is nice, I strongly recommend not staying at this property. Please see feedback notes below that I sent to the property manager earlier this week (no reply was received):
You have been very responsive and the checkin portal information was very helpful. We did have some significant issues with the hotel itself:
1) We had issues communicating with staff throughout the resort because of the language barrier given that we are not Spanish speakers. For instance we asked several staff members (including front desk) where the stairs were when there was an 30+ minute wait for the elevators and weren’t able to get clear direction.
2) significant deferred maintenance issues in the room (mainly mold on ceiling above shower area and broken left window shade) and throughout the hotel. There was a major flood in the hotel, we lost literally hours of our trip time waiting for the elevators (15+ minute wait for each use), HVAC issues (AC didn’t appear to be working consistently throughout the hotel), showers were barely lukewarm. Major traffic delays getting cars into and out of the front entrance. Bedding was very thin and not enough blankets available for my kids and I to use.

Bed bugs and roaches. Told the host and they said they did not see anything after I sent them video footage. I received no refund or accommodation.
