Our room was clean. The air conditioning took a while to cool down the room. The ice machine was broken on our floor. We utilized the pool, which was very small and warm. The pool bar was not open nor was anybody answering the line it said to call for bar service. We ate at Claim Jumpers our waitress was great.

Hotel was well kept and clean. Sucked that the elevator was out of order but only 1 flight of stairs to climb, so n it wasn't so bad.

There was a mixup at check in. I thought I had reserved a courtyard room, but was told at check in it was only a courtyard view. Was disappointed in that because it was deceiving. I had to pay a bunch extra per day to get what I had reserved. The rooms have an old musty smell due to old carpet, but saw they were updating the rooms and hopefully eliminating the carpet. Its nice to have the patio to sit at of an evening.
