Amazing place
This place by far has some of the nicest staff I have encountered. The lady that checked us in( I believe her name was Brandy and the employee for overnights Kay) are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met. My experience there was so pleasant.

Hilton Customer Care
A couple of weeks ago, I was making reservations on Hilton Website. I had put the request for a stay in but not sending it. I was distracted by a telephone call. When I came back, the site automatically changed the date of the stay to the current night. However, the search for a place etc. had been saved and popped up. I mistakenly hit to confirm and immediately received the confirmation email. I immediately canceled. The Hilton property would not refund (since it was past the cancellation date-It had to be passed since it was the date) Hilton Customer Care Specialist would not refund either. My emails for confirmation and cancelation were one minute apart (I have the emails and shared them with Hilton). The one-minute mistake costs me $219. I suggest you consider this when using Hilton Website and Using Hilton.

The beds were terrible!!! Changed to other bed. It was bad also. My husband and I both woke up with backs out. Staff was great! Breakfast was great just beds

The room was very clean and smelled nice. The building is being renovated but all the facilities are still kept clean.

The staff was absolutely extraordinary. Richelle, Jessica and Pam was very attentive and took excellent care of us. We will definitely come back simply because of the customer service. Loved our stay! 10 out of 10
