We really enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property and the area. We attended the NXL Paintball tournament at Joyce Park. Will stay there next year for sure. Very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delish. Parking was very easy. One negative is that the restaurant is not open on Sundays.

We were not able to stay. They cancelled our reservation before we arrived, yet no notice was given. We even received email telling us they were looking forward to seeing us.
Upon arrival, we then had to scramble to find another hotel (we booked outside hotels.com as we felt unsure of how this error occurred.) Very disappointing level of communication and assurance.
Also, the hotel was vacant on a Tuesday evening. They even booked another individual in, while we stood trying to resolve the issue.
We are now being told it will be 5-10 days until our refund is processed. We will not book with this chain again.

This hotel is in a great location, walkable area, small bar and bistro across the street. Will definitely stay here again! Lisa in morning breakfast area is great. However breakfast items on menu were not well prepared. Scrambled eggs had overcooked egg scrapings from the grill mixed n with them. Breakfast flatbread was impossible to eat without a knife and fork. Way too much of each item on the top...not even appetizing to look at.

Hidden Gem in Ohio

This Courtyard is just perfect for a nice getaway situated right along the river. The area is so artsy you’ll want to walk everywhere! There were several restaurants downtown that were so cool looking that I wish I had time to eat.
(I was on a work trip)
The people working here were SUPER SWEET! Shout out to Kayla and David who were just amazing at what they do. LEAD the team!
Lisa in breakfast was on top of things for breakfast and made sure you were taken care of.
The front desk team knew just where to send you for something fun to do! Heather, Annabelle and
the rest of the team were fantastic!

The room was very clean and the check-in staff was very nice, however, the hotel lost power the morning of our check out so we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast or amenities. The hotel went dark and it didn’t seem like the hotel had any emergency back up plan. There were no staff around assisting guests with questions or just making sure people knew how to exit the building since the lobby doors didn’t work. We exited through a dark stairwell and never have heard from anyone regarding the issue.
