Disgusting
Hi, my name is Christine I stayed in room 204, from April 24- April 27 I would like my money back on the room. I am a frequent flyer with quality in. Normally I stay at the one in Monroe but they were booked the room that I had over the weekend was absolutely disgusting. It looks like it’s never been clean. There was a bug on the mattress. The floor in the bathroom by the shower is caving in. I had to clean the toilet and the shower before we could even Use it because there was hair and there was what looked to be poop in the toilet There was marks all over the walls. The lamp shades look like they never been dusted. There was food left in the refrigerator from previous guests, there was spots all over the mirrors It looks like they just went in made the bed. Make sure the toilet paper and soap was full and they left like they did no Cleaning, we had no hot water for 2 days this is very unacceptable.

Gym was closed, the pool was open not heated, water was cold. Shower pressure was week, we had to slam the door for our room to shut it, we Rented 4 rooms one of the air-conditioning didn't work, the breakfast was a joke, they ran out of food and didn't replace. They also required $100 deposit for the room which was not addressed before renting the rooms, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Plus employees stayed there on the second floor and they were also smoking on the balcony to the pool. Upon checking out it took them 25 minutes to get my deposit returned. Staff was friendly.

The hallway smelled like marijuana when I first got there. Obviously someone was breaking the rules. My room smelled very musty. And in the morning, there were a lot of dead bugs in my bathroom. The staff were wonderful.

The pool is dirty. The staff do not do anything. They are all young. I had someone banging on my door at two in the morning drug addicts and the rooms could be cleaner.

was disappointed with our stay, as I had been here a couple years ago, and don't remember it being like this. Starting with entering the hallway to the stairs to our room, the carpet looked worn and stained, although not actually dirty. Arriving at our room, it was not closed and locked. It turned out the door lock mechanism was faulty, needing to be pulled closed on exit and the handle wiggled to engage the lock mechanism. The room smelled vaguely stale, like cigarette smoke had been there some time in the past and the room not completely cleaned afterwards. The armchair was worn and threadbare on the arms. The carpet and bed cover had stains. There was no coffee maker in the room, although there was a basket with coffee cups and single serve filters. The room and particularly bathroom and sink areas were clean, but worn. Overall, the facility needs a major maintenance overhaul.
