Only ok for 1 night could use updates

Had no intention of staying over in Dover but last minute, I've always driven past on my way to Rehoboth Beach but never stayed.
Room was very spacious BUT can hear everything coming from other room all night tv on.
As far as my experience ac unit is really high (for me at 5'9"), pillows and towels are not very soft, light in between beds didn't work & remote control could not control the sound down so im back & forth at front desk several times until 11pm. Good working wifi
Clerk was very pleasant & accommodating that's why review was not terrible!

Let’s just say this hotel has seen better days. I found quite a bit of bugs inside the hotel room, even saw a spider crawling up against the wall, as well as baby mosquitoes inside the room. The room itself, overall, needs a lot of updating and remodeling in the future.

Holes in the ceiling holes in the walls bed had blood and other stuff on it just very dirty

Don’t stop keep going. Dirty old & smelly. Roaches and other bugs in room. Place needs a renovation. A paint job also.
Resident guests hanging out looking suspect. Not a good stay.

Property is old and in disrepair. The walls are terribly stained. The bed was not leveled, a whole near the air-conditioning, and no hot water. Many stray people near the property. I think they rent by the month.
