The best Inn

Beautiful Inn in the center of Zamora. Check-in was via the tele-assistance system. Everything was fast and efficient.
The room very nice and honestly exceeded my expectations. It is a place I will take into account for my next visit in the city of Zamora.

Scammers.

A horror. Never make a reservation at this place. After several hours of travel and arriving past 9 PM tired, they charge us and THEN tell us that they have no double rooms left and that we have to share a queen bed.
Regrettable. If you can go somewhere else, do it.

The entire registration process is via video call. The rooms are interior. They give you the pin number with which you open your room door through a video calling system in the middle of the hallway that anyone can hear. I don't recommend it.

Disoriented

The first thing is not a Hotel is an Inn, if you arrive and on the facade it puts Sun Inn, so I was going around until someone orientated me. On the web I didn't put anywhere that was opened by code. Still with the code the door wouldn't open, until a receptionist from the nearby hotel came. Dismal customer service. The only good thing the location
