All right.

Very well located, right in front of the Sirene monument, near the bus and train station to Tuy. The room was small but comfortable, they offered coffee and complimentary a nice detail, the only bad thing was that the bathroom light had motion sensor and it went out when you were inside

POOR CARE

I called 886 300026 today to ask if they had air conditioning and a rather unpleasant lady, after telling her that I need it for health, she answers yes but that she is from Cangas and that in June no air conditioning is needed. I insist on knowing leaving a notice to call me and the rude girl calls me and says she doesn't have it. From the first moment I let go "find another hotel". Anyway, I understand why there are hotel chains that don't go further... with people so rude to serve...

Perfect location to visit Vigo at Christmas.

Perfect location to enjoy all the amazing lighting at Christmas.
In Puerta del Sol square from the hotel windows you have the breathtaking view of the immense tree and the surrounding streets with its lighting.
Despite having it so close, it doesn’t bother your light at bedtime because at twelve o’clock or less a minute they turn off their lighting and also the hotel has blackout curtains that don’t let in the light.
On the negative side I have to say that if you need to make it a fully accessible hotel for wheelchairs, etc., you can count on that when you enter there is a small reception and then to get on the elevator we have to climb steps, there is no elevator at street level.
As a good thing, on the 1st floor they have coffee machines, cold water and pastas courtesy of the hotel totally free.

Great Hotel in historic location

The Hotel in adjacent to the old town with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel is great value for money and the amenities are of a good standard. Hector, on the front desk, was extremely helpful and checked the time of trains to Santiago de Compostela.
