Good basic hotel, nothing too fancy. Cleaniness was not perfect but good base level, staff very friendly. Climate control was not adjustable either on or off, even in off position room temperature was fine in hot August days. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location very good in the middle of the city. Soundproof was poor, sounds from other rooms and isle were easy to hear, good earplugs are recommended just in case. No sounds from the street, room window was not pointing towards the street.

Excellent location

Near the town hall square in the old town center.
Clean and quiet place
There is no street noise.
Near public transportation
There are boxes where you can store your bags at the entrance and exit of the accommodation.
Automatic beverage and food machine.
People are friendly and available at the reception.
A good quality price and location ratio.

SIMPLE AND VERY CENTRAL.

Simple but clean hotel, nice and well equipped.
The location is perfect, in front of the city hall of Valencia, in the most central and touristic area of the city. Very well connected with metro and buses.
The street is semi-pedestrian and does not generate noise.
The reception staff is very nice and speak several languages perfectly.
The rooms are somewhat fair but well taken advantage of and decorated.
The mattress and pillow are good quality and perfect for a good rest.
The windows close tightly and no noise is heard from the outside.
It has air conditioning and free wifi that works quite well.
The only catch we have found to the room is that the walls are “paper” and you hear everything from the next rooms.
There is no lobby bar and the dining room is ridiculously small.
There is a spacious rooftop terrace with a free access bar with beautiful views, although it is apparently only open in summer.
In short, a simple but perfect hotel to know the city for three or four days.
I recommend it.

Negative compared to expectations

Nonexistent breakfast. There is no room for breakfast, just four tables placed in a hallway. The terrace is not recommended. The only positive is the convenient location near the center... WHAT A SHAME they lose points for such little things!!!!! They should improve the service.

Visit Valencia

Comfortable hotel to visit the center of Valencia, made us leave our luggage waiting for the room freeing us from the burden
Comfortable room reduced bathroom with some inadequacy given by the toilet behind the sink
Very friendly staff
