AVOID THIS PLACE
Horrible... disorganized... dirty... on the first night, I found a cockroach in the room..! Breakfast consisted of coffee and nothing else... booked through Super Stock Travel, which completely washed its hands of the situation... Manuel Conti, who arrived the day after us, said that one must only run away from this place, and both I and the other couple agreed... there is never anyone present at the facility, and if you call, you are lucky if they answer... they gave us a room with a small shower and an even smaller sink, the bathroom was at the end of the corridor, making it very inconvenient... in 3 days, the water was out... then, on the morning of our departure, we couldn't even take a shower because the boiler was broken... the only thing I can advise is AVOID IT...

AVOID THIS PLACE
Our stay at Palacios Rooms was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had.
Upon entering the room, we were immediately hit by a strong, unpleasant smell that suggested a serious lack of cleanliness and ventilation. The room itself was visibly dirty and poorly maintained, giving the clear impression that it had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The overall condition was far below any reasonable standard for guest accommodation.
The mattress was in an appalling state — uncomfortable, worn, and completely unsuitable for sleeping. It was obvious from the first few minutes that staying even one night would have been impossible, let alone the four nights we had booked.
We contacted the property within minutes of arrival to report these serious issues. We were told that someone would call us back to address the situation. That call never came. No follow-up, no apology, and no attempt whatsoever to resolve the problem or offer an alternative solution. The complete lack of response showed a total disregard for guests and basic hospitality standards.
Because of the unsanitary conditions and the failure of management to engage or take responsibility, we were left with no choice but to leave the property almost immediately and find alternative accommodation at short notice.
This place is misrepresented, poorly managed, and does not meet even the most basic expectations of cleanliness, comfort, or customer service. We would strongly advise future guests to avoid this property, especially if hygiene and basic comfort matter to you.

Cold shower
Shower without pressure with hot water, practically no water came out.... so shower both days with cold water! They didn't solve my problem. The room lacks a stretcher light, so if you have to go to the toilet at night, either turn on the big light and wake up the others, or you'll stumble to the toilet.
They didn't make my bed that day.
Tiny bathroom and shower.
If you're chubby, I don't know if you can fit in the shower.

Ruido, ruido y más ruido
Hay muchísimo ruido, se escucha todo, las paredes como si fueran papel, se escuchan las conversaciones nítidas, hasta la televisión de las otras habitaciones, cada vez que alguien entra o sale de su habitación y cuando entran a los aseos, que están fuera de las habitaciones, las puertas no cierran bien y tienen que dar portazos y eso durante el dia vale... pero de madrugada es insoportable. Dormimos como 3 horas, además, por nuestra habitación se ve que pasaban cañerías o no lo sé, pero estuvimos toda la noche con un ruido repetitivo de fondo, que se añade a todo lo demás.
Si pretendes dormir, este no es el lugar.

Décevant !
Pour un week-end de 3 nuits en couple !la chambre est très petite! Pas de wc dans celle ci ! Peu d’insonorisation et comme les gens sont peux respectueux de la tranquillité d’autrui.... Et à notre surprise au matin du 2nd jour pas d’eau chaude !!! On nous explique que le ballon d’eau chaude se charge et qu’il devrait y en avoir dans 1/2h ! Que neni,il n’y aura plus d’eau chaude jusqu’à notre départ! Si l’on ne va pas à la réception, personne ne viendra nous en informer.. la chambre n’a également pas été faite durant notre séjour. Ce qui explique l’invasion de fourmis dans celle ci ... en bref je déconseille !! Heureusement que valencia et les mesclata valent le détour !
