My room was cleaned everyday. We had the breakfast one time, it was something left to be desired but it was inexpensive. The staff was helpful

Bedbugs
Unfortunately after our first night in room 3, my partner woke up covered in bites, and we found bedbugs in the bed. She woke up at 4am with a swollen arm due to the bites, so we immediately packed up our stuff and informed the night receptionist, who was very apologetic. She told us that there were no rooms available for us to move to, so we had to sit in the lobby until the manager arrived at 7am to issue us a refund. The staff were very apologetic and handled the situation well, offering to contact their partner hotel for a room for us, however it was not the location we were looking for, and we had lost confidence in the company.
Aside from the bedbug issue - we were disappointed by the hotel, as the room had thin walls and was right next to the reception, so you could hear everything going on. There was no key card access door between the reception and the rooms, and we were on the ground floor, which added to the noise issue, and did not feel very secure. The pool had a very strong smell of chemicals, which our swimsuits smelt like for the rest of the trip.
Overall, we would not recommend this hotel. While the staff were accommodating to the situation, it should not have happened in the first place, and it leaves us to question how clean the facilities are and how attentively they are maintained - we also found a cockroach in the public bathrooms in the hotel.

Good service for a three-star hotel
Standard service, equipped with what is necessary, although the heat meant we didn't enjoy it as much as would be recommended. The breakfast and staff attention were good, and clear rules need to be set for the pool, for example, not allowing minors to use it without supervision. Good cleanliness, parking with tight spots, in short, what you expect from a hotel of that category.

Nice well-positioned hotel. It was only a 15-minute walk to the football stadium and a 30 minute car journey to airport. Easy to walk into the centre, took 30 minutes. Also good to get to the oceanographic building and the art centres. The park that runs through Valencia all the way down to the beach is beautiful. All of the walks we did were over flat ground, making this a very accessible city.
For a budget price hotel, I think this one is really good. Clean rooms, good bathrooms and some rooms have a small terrace. There is also a small pool and sauna. The staff were great, and answered all our questions. Breakfast good, but not a massive selection of hot foods. However, if you are happy with bacon, egg and beans, you can't go far wrong. They also have a good selection of cold meats and cheese etc and of course , cereal and pastries. All in all a great experience, very happy to stay there again.
