Perfect stay

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel with automatic chek, all in all practical and fast. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We also had a very nice outdoor corner which, due to the limited time available, unfortunately we could not enjoy. In a quarter of an hour walk you reach the center but in the immediate vicinity there are bars and restaurants of all kinds. Thanks to Ricardo, Giulia and Neyvel who, even if not present at the hotel, always responded quickly and punctually to messages sent on WhatsApp. I recommend it!

Fabulous place. Great location, safe and very comfortable

Really great hotel. Good location, 20 mins walk from main sights. Only booked one night but would definitely have stayed longer if they'd had availability. I was in room 106. Very comfortable bed. Great shower and washing facilities. Lots of lighting options. Safe available. Coffee machine (I managed to make tea using the water, as I had tea bag's with me). Cafe 1 min walk away and plenty of local food options. Mercadona 9 mins walk away. Simple on on line registration. Can drop cases off in lockers if available, I used this great option when I arrived at noon one day and after checkout the next. If I was coming for more than a couple of nights I'd opt for the rooms with the garden access. I was there immediately after Las Fallas do prices were higher than usual but I was very happy with the hotel. I needed to speak to the receptionist and they responded very quickly. Also, very good communication throughout. Thank you Neyveh.
P.s. I don't understand why there are negative reviews on Tripadvisor. I don't think it's the same hotel it's really excellent, and I'm super fussy!

Room was fine but do not have any questions for reception!

Great location. Clean and comfy with a coffee machine. Capsules were replenished so was the water. Good cleaning staff but so called reception staff left much to be desired. When I tried contacting them, the line was so bad and the staff put the phone down. This was the free phone inside the hotel. Luckily we did not leave our luggage in the locker because when we were passing by after checking out, the code no longer worked. That would have been horrific given we had a train to catch. Don’t think the price was reasonable given there is no reception service.

Bugs in rooms

New, modern and calm hotel.
Very close to the center of the town (restaurants, shopping malls, etc.).
The online check in is very practical because it saves you from the wait of normal check ins at receptions.
However, bugs have been found in multiple room. It is disgusting and should not happen.
Due to the bugs I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel because hygiene et the most important thing in hotels.

Pleasant stay

Excellent hotel. Rooms and bathroom are a good size and clean. I found the bed a bit hard but was immediately supplied with a soft bed topper. Hotel is close to the city centre but in a calm area. The virtual reception worked very well; immediate response to WhatsApp messages. A big thank you to Arantxa and Nelsy.
