Deliberately miss-leading for financial gain!

Advertised as a hotel, but is a HOSTEL.
The twin room for my female friend and I (i am male) was not private whatsoever.
There wasn't even a door for privacy when accessing the dirty shower, meaning that we would of had to either;
- get changed in front of each other
- face the wall
- exit the room
I had to book a different place to stay and the HOSTEL has refused a refund.
If I would have wanted to book a HOSTEL, I would have.
Booking.com should look in to this location as the owners are deliberately MISS-LEADING potential guests for financial gain! DISGRACEFUL! Tell the TRUTH!
Avoid, unless you want to pay for a costly HOSTEL.

Dirty bathroom, Loud Noise and Unprofessional Staff

Very disappointing stay. The bathroom was extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The room doors are poor quality and very loud — you can hear every single door slamming and closing throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. The staff was also very unprofessional and not friendly at all. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

What do I say?

I found out that I did not have the bathroom in the room on arrival .... then 1 bathroom for 5 rooms.... I tried to take a shower..... 10 times? always busy.... even not .... I do not want to rage but take into account that the shared bathroom is heavy.... and then cold room despite there is a sign saying minimum 25 degrees..... do vobis

Scammers

I have a reservation confirmed by the accommodation and no one at the accommodation answers the phone. They are sausages. They indicated in the reservation that you could arrive until 11 p.m. and I've been waiting for 30 minutes, they don't answer emails or calls, it's 8:14 p.m. Also they don't let you cancel the reservation. Simply scoundrels!
