Positive structure, negative service

The property is pleasant, renovated and in a central location. What disappointed us a lot is the service: we arrived without any information about how check in works, so we got on the phone to talk to someone and get explained how to enter the building. My family and I found towels for 3 people when instead we are in 4: we solicited more than once via cell phone (wa-mail and phone calls) but no one ever answered so they did not provide us with the missing towels. In our apartment we did not find any kind of first reception (as instead they found our friends in their respective 2 apartments): a bottle of water, coffee etc. A different treatment due to what???

Well presented apartment in China Town, needs work

Well presented apartment that needs work.
There were a few issues, the hot water in the shower is too hot for it to be used. The reception does not answer the phone.
The fridge is tiny and freezer iced over, closer to a bar fridge size.
2 mugs and no inside table.
The sofa bed is unfortunately quite uncomfortable.
Only two toilet rolls for 6 nights, no dishwashing liquid, no changes of towels.
The apartment was also quite dirty.
On the positive side the air conditioning worked well and the main bed was pretty good.
