To come back
To come back. Apartment very well located super clean and cozy. Very comfortable bed only inconvenience to a little cold because the heating system was a little complicated and we took time to catch the trick

Very good experience
Everything is magnificent. Central location and close parking, although this is very narrow and with an impossible door.
The apartment, I repeat, is very good. Modern, clean and complete.
I can't speak about the staff because they didn't show up after meeting us. Apparently that is the way, but it does not mean that the site is for repeat

Very good personal attention
When they treat you so well it's hard to be objective. Thank you M. Paz and Ernesto.
The cleanliness, the comfort, the proximity to the places to visit are very good.
The problem is parking. It is not up to the owner of the apartment to fix it but it is not easy to find it during Easter and, if you go out with your car, you don't know if you will find a space in the parking lot when you return. The one in Plaza de Andalucía is good (€58 for 4 days).
Despite this, I recommend the apartment.

Great apartment in the centre
Excellent apartment in the centre of Ubeda. All the key sites are within 10 mins walk. It’s next to a small square (San Pedro) and there is free public parking on an adjacent square (Santa Clara). Driving down some of the streets is a bit tight but certainly doable. We were met by the wonderful housekeeper who makes sure you have everything you need, gave us some tips and even helped us with the washing machine! She was around every day. Note she only spoke Spanish.
The apartment we had (Fuego) was on the first floor, a decent size and spotlessly clean. The mini kitchen was fine for our needs (though we couldn’t get the induction hob to work). The only thing I think it lacks is somewhere to dry towels (and only a single hook for towels in the bathroom).
The street can get a bit noisy at certain times of day, as to be expected.
On the housekeeper’s recommendation we got takeaway food from the small place Buenbucado on Corredera de San Fernando (5 mins away). Absolutely delicious homemade food - in fact some of the best of our trip. Get there early to avoid disappointment (or to get your order in!)

Excellent location. very well distributed and decorated apartment. mini kitchen integrated into the day area with all the details: microwave, mini fridge with freezer. Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, manual juicer, kitchenware, napkins, placemats, kitchen paper... Absolute tranquility at night given the perfect insulation. You can see quality construction and decoration.
A haven of peace just a step away from almost everything important in Úbeda.
Small but well resolved bathroom. The shower screen is perfect. It doesn't let a drop escape (there are 5* hotels where you almost need a "manual" to shower and due to the non-functional design, water comes out everywhere).
The discreet owner despite being the author architect. Services: few. I stayed three nights and only on the first morning I saw a very kind person who asked if we were missing anything. It is the first time I have stayed in an apartment, but if they were all as nice as this one I would be willing to repeat.
Small drawback: there is no place to hang the shower towel to dry, because they do not change them, nor do they clean or make the bed, but I suppose it is normal in an apartment, given my inexperience in it.
Summary: a place to return and recommend. I have disconnected and even more so with the magnificent bedding. Congratulations
