Zel Costa Brava offers fantastic sea views from a hillside 4 km from Tossa de Mar. It has a fitness centre, nine tennis courts and an outdoor pool. The apartments at the Zel Costa Brava are bright and feature tiled floors.

Wonderful!
Stunning resort just a few steps from Tossa De Mar. The main structure features airy and modern architecture. The breakfast and dinner room is very bright and functional. The service is impeccable. Super professional and kind. The apartments are spread over a vast area overlooking the sea. The view of the internal beach is breathtaking. One can move around easily even though there is a bit of walking, and it might be uncomfortable for small children with strollers. The small internal cable car is absolutely useful! The apartment was really very nice, although the bathroom was perhaps a bit small. It's a pity there was no minibar. The pool area is beautiful with three different pools and numerous loungers and umbrellas. There is also a beach bar restaurant with a splendid view.
What can I say. A charming place, especially for couples and families, perhaps without a stroller in tow. The buffet food was very varied and of good quality. Five stars all well-deserved!

Differentiated
The proposal of the hotel is very cool, really differentiated. Gentle and friendly service, wonderful breakfast, super cool beach restaurant and amazing landscapes! Super good room too, huge and comfortable. By contrast, staying here is a challenge even for the most active people: the number of stairs is absurd! Super tired of locomover inside the resort. The differentiated reception despite being cool is confusing, I did not like the format. If you need something you have to look for someone to approach and do not know when it is your turn to see care. And the areas around the villages need care with gardening and landscaping to keep up with the profile of the hotel, it's all "bad care" in that part. The underground parking is idem, awful of carelessness. Despite these observations, I liked the experience!

Que bom saber que o café da manhã, o conceito diferenciado e o quarto espaçoso foram destaques! A localização entre as calas realmente oferece paisagens de tirar o fôlego.
As escadas são consequência natural do terreno acidentado, mas entendemos o incômodo. As áreas de jardim e estacionamento já estão recebendo cuidados especiais para manter o charme sem descuidar do conforto.

Family friendly resort
Enjoyed the resort overall staff was friendly and responsive. Expected a little more value for the money spent. Almost everything was an extra charge - mini golf, chairs on the beach, using the indoor pool.. The fees could be better explained up front. Overall, this resort is very family friendly which we liked. We swam at the beach and the outdoor pool and had a great time.

Awful (we left early)
This is not a 5-star hotel: service, facilities and attention to details are all missing
This is not a boutique hotel: this is a massive resort with more children than adults
This is also not a wellness hotel: accessing the spa (indoor pool & sauna) is at an extra fee (Eur 30)
There are 2 beaches: the Suites are located in front of the small less pretty one... next to a camping site... From the room windows you stare at 3 roads
The smaller rooms oversee the nicer beach but there are studios
Nobody seems to be in charge and when we left early the staff was more interested in us paying the local tax for the day of our departure than why we were leaving
The breakfast room is a football pitch size room
The food at the beach restaurant is average at best
This is not a boutique hotel: this is a massive resort with more children than adults

We are also sorry that our service, gastronomic offering and other aspects of the experience did not meet your expectations. When you informed us of your decision to leave early, our team assisted you with your luggage and transportation, although we regret if you felt that insufficient attention was given to the reasons behind your departure.

THE VIEWS DO NOT COMPENSATE FOR THE DISCOMFORT.
Spectacular views, access to the beach very uncomfortable and slow, you have to use a funicular that breaks down several times a day, a disaster. The cove beach has a steep slope, and large stones in the water area. It is overcrowded, since access by car to the beach is simple. The rooms are small bungalows with uncomfortable access, hills and stairs. Room cleaning terrible, dirt and mold in the shower. The pool water is cloudy, very bad. The staff is very, very friendly, and the food is good. I will not return,
