Lovely with the place, good location

Excellent place, quiet and cozy, both the bungalows or glamping shops, very attentive and detailed staff certainly place to repeat 10/10 to 10 minutes from the beach and center, ideal for both couples, friends and families, very affordable price

Horrible

We did not stay in the bungalow due to the heat. It was going to be a 5-night hellish stay. 33 degrees in Tossa upon arrival and we had to open the bungalow windows to cool it down, it felt like 40-something degrees and of course there was no air conditioning.
Impossible to sleep in these conditions. At the front desk they assured us that it cooled down at night (it dropped to 23 degrees at the coldest moment of the night, the heat inside the bungalow was not going to drop much).
To close the bungalow door, a master's degree in mechanical engineering was necessary (we didn't manage it, but they assured us it closed).
Of course, they did not refund the money we had paid due to their cancellation policy. We made a deposit of half the amount in February and paid the rest upon arrival at the end of June. We asked for a refund of the amount we had just paid 30 minutes earlier, but it was in vain. The only thing they did refund was the miserable tourist tax.
The poor receptionist was left with the unpleasant task of telling us they wouldn't refund any of the money; it was very easy for management to tell him over the phone.
Obviously we will not return and we do not recommend it. If I have to recommend a campsite in Tossa, it is undoubtedly the one at Cala Pola.

Very nice.

Very clean.access to tossa by bike very fast.home young and nice.the campsite was improving for the year 2026.
We're coming back this summer with another couple.

To avoid...

Very bad experience upon arrival
After 9 hours of driving with our baby, we were greeted in an icy manner, without a word of welcome. The team immediately focused on an extra charge, linked to an error on the age of our children (all minors), when the booking was already settled.
No listening, no empathy, just a willingness to charge more. A deplorable Welcoming that does not at all reflect the family spirit you would expect from a campsite.
I strongly advise against it.

Nice, but...

Good location, but limit question dishes and household equipment.
A small renovation would be welcome and 2 outlets only in the whole bungalow.
Otherwise, friendly and clean Welcoming
