Excelente apartamento.
Perfectamente equipado. Acogedor y muy por encima de la media. Totalmente recomendable. Lástima que solo estuvimos un fin de semana. En estancias largas sería ideal. En vacaciones he pagado bastante más por bastante menos... Volveremos a vernos...

Modern, clean, well located.
We stayed here for a week; the location was good for us, it was close to the bus station and the big Esclat supermarket. We had the apartment with a mini balcony in the basement: the apartment was well equipped, modern, bright, and the fan was perfectly sufficient for us. The beach was a pleasant 10 minutes walk through the city. The bars on the street were no problem for us. Tossa de Mar is a magnificent city.
Which was not so good that the bedding for the 3. Person was missing. When I claimed it via Whatts app, I was told it had to be there, but I then sent a photo that it really wasn't there. We then went briefly to the supermarket, and when I looked in the sofa again, it was there again.......I was grateful for the quick help, but would have found it better to inform us that someone was in the apartment in our absence.
I didn't like that.
It is also a pity that I forgot our milk jug in the kitchen, I passed on the information on the same day of checkout, and was also nearby for 2 weeks, and had never received any useful information even with further memories... now I am back here and our jug seems to still be in the kitchen. This is really annoying.
Anyway, we booked again for next year, maybe the milk jug is waiting for us.

Don't book !!!!!!
I don't know where to start. No air con even they claimed that there is an air con. Not even a fan in the room and had to ask for it. They thought that we are naive tourists who will fall for all the traps, they also claimed that there is heat wave.. that's why is so hot in the room. Heat wave in Spain? I have been to that location more than 10 times in last 5 years. It's always same weather at this time of the year.
Cleanliness standard is terrible. Mould in the shower and sofa with massive stains and bad smell. All apartment smell like cigarettes.. they claim it's from outside. They will charge you for everything. Fresh towel is 10€ . For the price we paid we could easy stay in 4 star property in lloret de mar. We stayed there,cause our family was staying there for a week.
They tried to charge us extra for everything., including leaving 'rubbish' in the room which was few plastic bottles as we had to leave 4 am to drive to airport and didn't even know where bins are located.
