Abandoned and lack of hygiene and interest on the part of those who wear it

I have photos of the apartment. The walls of the bathroom peeled off, there is no continuous reception, you have to call a phone and then have the good fortune to be caught but the fat thing is that on the day of the check they tell me that there is no place for bags and leave the hotel until the time to catch the flight and propose to leave it outside, outside ie, outside the reception room where the other guests pass.
A real shame.
Bugs in the shower... I got it all in pictures.
The luxury is left over and this does not correspond even to a hostel key.
There was no soap or shampoo and I had to buy it myself, and the room wasn't made in the four days I stayed. With the same towels four days.
I've never seen anything like it.

The property is in a great location, lots of restaurants and attractions around. The property had all necessary things for the stay. But the property wasn’t very clean. It was clear that cleaning personnel didn’t care about their work and quality. Towels were dirty too. The property itself is pretty dated and definitely needs some love.

Very central location super close to the cathedral and Alcazar. This is an older building that is tastefully renovated and decorated. Overall very happy with our stay.
For check in, we tried to drive in to drop off our luggage - but it was not worth it. The streets are super narrow and it will be much easier to just park in the public parking and then walk your suitcase over.

Self-contained room and functional. Loft is accessed via narrow and steep stairs so not suitable for young children or older adults will mobility issues.
