Disappointment, nefarious

We went 3 families from weekend to Seville. We had very good expectations, and it was a disappointment in capital letters. The apartments were dirty, shabby, with "bugs" in the kitchen area. The coffee machine wasn't working... A disaster, to top it off an apartment had broken the TV, communicated in good faith, treated us as liars and kept the bail of the 3 apartments. A month, they returned 2 and kept a bond for the TV payment that we had not broken. I don't recommend it.

I will not come back

We took 3 apartments. Everything seemed to be going very well: attention received and so on. When you arrive you find apartments that need a review with torn frames, stains on sofas, ants... When it's time to sleep, forget to do it with the air... I don't think there is a noisier one on the market. In another apartment you find that the bedroom is separated from the living room-kitchen by a screen. So impossible to sleep because of the noise of the air and the emergency light. We better not even talk about the “elevator”. To make matters worse, before leaving we turn on the TV and see that it is broken. They are notified immediately and, because they want to inform and do things well, they do not return the deposit (the TV is €100), they tell us that they will provide the rest of the €140 that it is worth (they also do not show us an invoice to see if it is true, which we did do with the same model and brand as the broken one). To make matters worse, it takes a month to return the other two deposits to us.
