Bathroom without wall or doors

The hotel is clean and quite renovated and updated but the bathroom is inserted in the room. It has no wall or door. Which is quite unpleasant if two people stay, apart from unhygienic not physically separating from the bed. The rest is all right.

Unpresentable

IMPRESSIVE.
Of necessity I had to attend this place to spend a night and rest.
When I arrive at the place a man of very bad form and bad treatment attends to me with very little education.
When he spoke to me beaten asking for my mobile number I agreed to give it to him in a loud and slow voice.
What a surprise when I start giving it to him and he throws it out of the place in a defiant and rude way.
I tell him I'm not leaving and repeatedly he keeps taking me out of the place I don't listen and ask for a claim sheet and he refused to give it to me threatening to call the police and I tell him to do it.
He picks up the phone, calls and hangs up, takes me back from the place, and I don't grant his request, and then he gives me the claim sheet.
He refused to identify himself and refused even to seal and receive his copy.
Everything is recorded on cameras.
I invite the hostel management to pay attention to this gentleman.

Zero empathy

The treatment of the people responsible for the hotel are unhuman and unempathetic. Make a Reservation by mistake and in less than an hour I had canceled it and they have charged me the whole night and do not want to refund anything. I think you have to be a little flexible and think it could happen to anyone.
Your poorly educated telephone workers.
