We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the quiet location made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the added convenience of being able to store items in their fridge and use the kitchen for cooking.

Negative experience

I booked this B & B making me except fooled by the photos and some reviews, which I should have deepened better. I sleep frequently in the hotel even for business reasons and this property is anything but comfortable. Cheap maybe, and probably this is the reason for the enthusiasm of some reviews.
Room and bathroom cleaning: very superficial.
Room: very narrow. Small bed with very fragile structure (it staggers everything as soon as you move) and very old mattress, so much so that it has a basin on each of the two sides. Soundproofing non-existent.
Breakfast: cheap, with many industrial products, and always the same. The time is also uncomfortable, too late from 8.30. On the last day we had the return flight in the morning and asked to be able to bring forward breakfast by 10 minutes. We were told no and they prepared a bag with two half toasts, two apples, two bricks of juice and packaged biscuits. We also had to insist on being able to sit at a table in order to consume the contents of the bag and they were so annoyed that they did not even turn on the light. Too bad that at 8.15 am they made other guests sit down to have the standard breakfast so we were treated differently for no reason.
Potion: only positive note, about 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and half an hour from Plaza de Espana.

“Welcoming and well maintained property, conveniently located for visiting Seville on foot. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to give useful advice about the city. The only small drawback, some detail that can be improved in the management of spaces or services, but nothing that ruins the overall experience. Great value for money, recommended!”

Perfect base for sightseeing

Great location, close to many locals and places of interest all within walking distance. Perfect reception in reception and very satisfactory breakfast. We were on the third floor, no noise. Room in place but those who decide to enjoy the beauty of the city know that in the room there are the bare necessities. We would stay again soon.
