Other than we had to wait a bit for check in, the stay was very good. Room was very clean and the apartments are very close to the airport.

Long story short, it’s what you see online, pictures accurate. Room spacious and Rocio was really helpful

Highly recommended.

Throughout the year, we go to Seville 3 or 4 times, and we stay there and will return again.
The apartments are spacious, clean, quiet, and the beds are comfortable, ideal for resting; the air conditioning works well too.
New and clean kitchen, with everything necessary for cooking.
Very clean bathrooms with good hot water pressure in the shower.
This is the second time María has assisted us at reception, and she is honestly charming, a great professional always with a smile and willing to help; it is pleasant to arrive or leave knowing you have been attended to so well.
Area with quite a bit of parking ease, and if you prefer, the accommodation also has private parking.
Good public transport connection to the city center.
Totally recommended.

Geeat Place to stay for couples and families

Its a very beautiful appartment, great location to discover sevilla and the districts around. The receptionist Maria is very helpful and so very nice. Thank you Maria u made our stay wonderful.

Very lovely apartment in the vicinity of FIBES (Conference and Exhibition Center). Lovely layout, good kitchen material, modern toilet. Good matress. Beautiful patio with flowers. Walls are a bit on the thinner side but it didn't bother me much. Reception - in particular Antonio - was phenomenal. I had multiple Q&As and he was always responding swiftly with a lot of positive energy! Very recommended place.
