Excellent Tourist Housing Company
We found this company through air bnb, and what a great find that was. At alohamundi.es, you can find small amd large apartments throughout many areas of Seville to house one person , or several families. They are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. Our son stayed with them a few nights before beginning his studies abroad, and they were like having family in Spain. Particularly Yoannis, their director of communications, was always responsive and ready to help with any of the pop up needs of a young stranger in a strange land. The apartment was well priced, beautiful, clean, and in a great location- and the ease of check-in was fabulous.
Alohamundi is a gem in Seville, and we will be delighted to use them again.

Dirty and poorly maintained
Very disappointing experience. The apartment is in very poor condition and has a lack of cleanliness that is hard to justify. There was an impressive amount of dust, which is especially serious for those of us who suffer from allergies. We spent a large part of our stay feeling uncomfortable and trying to stay out of the apartment as much as possible, even with the high temperatures in Seville, because it was uncomfortable to remain inside.
The dirt and neglect are evident in the photographs. This is not about small details, but rather a general feeling of neglect and lack of maintenance.
The facilities leave much to be desired: the bathroom seems like an improvised corner within the living room built with wooden panels, giving a very unpleasant feeling. Additionally, there was nothing as basic as hooks for the towels or a full-length mirror, and the shower screen did not close properly.
The room with two beds has barely any lighting and the mattresses are sunken, making it very difficult to rest. The sofa in the living room is too small for an accommodation advertised for four people, and the television is tiny. In the rooms, there is not even a television.
Another significant problem was the elevator, which is extremely small. We were traveling with a baby stroller and it did not fit, so we had to carry it up and down the stairs throughout our stay.
In summary, an uncomfortable accommodation, poorly maintained, and with cleanliness far below expectations. The photographs speak for themselves. I would not recommend it.

Well-located and well-equipped accommodation, but it could be better.
We spent two nights in the apartment on the 2nd floor of the Muséum Alohamundi building with a mini pool on the roof. The furniture is very good, and the apartment was well-equipped (laundry, dishwasher tablets). Welcome wine. The staff is responsive in case of questions regarding the air conditioning. Some equipment is hidden under the beds. The code system is convenient and allows access to the accommodation without a key.
Very well-located and quiet accommodation.
The pool is small and very green... not usable, but you can sunbathe on the roof and use the outdoor shower.
The carpets are very dirty; it is better to remove them. Otherwise, the bedding is very decent, and the bathroom is compact but acceptable. No separate toilet.

Very poorly equipped.
We stayed in the apartment. Escuelas Pías, which is managed by the same company. Apparently everything was fine, but there were several details that we liked and that reveal little care and that they are stingy:
- Two of the chairs were broken. We reported it and the next day they screwed them together and left them with crooked legs.
- One of the double beds was very damaged. The mattress was very sunken in the center.
- Many basic elements were missing: there were no kitchen towels, no napkins, few cutlery, they left 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for a 4-night stay...
It's not their fault, but I want to highlight it so that people take it into account. The neighbors banged on the walls every day. I mean we were having dinner quietly at 9 at night (no late night parties) and they were always attracting attention. I guess they are tired of living next to a tourist apartment.
