The room is kept clean and well taken care of. The owner is a very pleasant person and helpful. His introduction of the city made it possible for us to enjoy our exploration.

Cleanliness, kindness, and good location.

Great value for money. Tranquility just a 5-minute walk from the center, impeccable cleanliness, the staff is excellent, making the stay even more pleasant. Free parking 100m away.

Of the few places where everything works, including wifi

If you travel to Segovia with children, write down the name: Hotel Apartamentos Aralso. It has been one of those accommodations that you are happy to have chosen from the first moment.
The treatment of the staff is certainly what reached us the most. Maria took the time to tell us everything worth seeing, but also — and this for us was a huge detail — she indicated the best routes to move with the chair without encountering stairs or unpleasant surprises. That kind of attention is not improvised, it comes from wanting to get things right.
When a lamp in the room gave trouble, Andrés solved it quickly, without waiting or excuses. Small details that, in the end, are what make the difference.
The apartment, clean and very comfortable, well located to move around the city. And one thing that seems silly but that in tourist accommodations is almost a miracle: the wifi really works. No cuts, no excuses, real speed. It's the first place I've been that didn't let us down.
To top it off, a value for money that it is hard to find. We'll be right back. Thank you to the Aralso team for making us feel so well taken care of.

Experience to repeat

Perfect stay. All very clean. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. Double cushions. Elevator. Well equipped kitchen and very clean everything. New pads and wipes. Central and silent. Very friendly staff. They gave us good advice for visits and eating. They have some parking space under reservation and otherwise you can park around relatively easy. I'd definitely repeat.
