Very dirty room. Do not come.
Upon arrival, the room was full of dog hair, tomato on the kitchen tiles... They won't give us a solution because they don't have anything available to move us to. Waiting until tomorrow for them to deep clean our room. We will not return, and we do not recommend coming.

Glass in the pool
The apartments are very nice, as they have everything necessary and are clean, but our experience was terrible because we found glass in the kids' pool while we were swimming with our daughter. We didn't cut ourselves by chance, as the pool floor was full of them... The maintenance guy, upon seeing us taking glass out of the water, told us that it was a disgrace, that the pools were not in condition to open, but that he had been forced to...
We obviously filed a complaint and they refunded our money, but that does not change the bad time we had. Logically, we did not return to the pool for any more days.

Terrible accommodation
The apartments were poorly maintained and had no reception. To get to reception, you have to travel to the hotel, which is up a very long hill. Construction work next to our room with its respective noise until the afternoon.

Low-quality accommodation
Check-in: Despite having done it online beforehand, it took them more than half an hour, checking the data over and over again for no reason. Quite unpleasant receptionist.
We made a single reservation for two apartments for two families, months in advance, and they gave them to us in different buildings, which unnecessarily complicated our stay. Furthermore, in one of them, the parking lot is quite far from the entrance and you cannot stop near it with the car, so you have to walk a lot with the suitcases.
One of the apartments had one of the bedrooms on an upper floor with a narrow and uncomfortable staircase; neither upon arrival nor before did they tell us anything about this; fortunately, no one had mobility issues. It seems they decided to take advantage of an attic space to make an apartment and the result is disastrous.
The elevator was attached to the apartment and made a lot of noise at night; since it was summer, there were people arriving quite late.
The hotel offers a cafeteria, dining room, and pool for the apartments, but there is quite a distance and you have to go up a very steep hill; either you go by car or almost no one uses them.
The surroundings are under construction with fenced-off areas, noise, etc., nothing like the appearance shown in the photos.
The apartments do not have air conditioning, only a couple of electric radiators for the winter. The mattresses need an urgent update.
In short, either they improve a lot or it is currently not a recommended place to stay at all. The only positive thing is the convenient location for visiting Santander or the surrounding area.

Total failure... horrible.
Horrible...the worst of the worst...don't be fooled by the photos, it has nothing to do...a building that is falling...don't go in winter, well, better never go...there is no heating...we talk about cantabria in the middle of winter and we find ourselves in an apartment of 2 rooms with 2 radiators of light...from the year of the polka...we had a horrible cold...we moved up the exit because we could not stand the cold...the views were a secaral, the reception staff a whole poem, without education or kindness...warn that please give us the apartment for 2 since we had the sick children in the car...until 4 did not let us in...I DON'T COME BACK OR EVEN GIVE IT TO ME...
