Hotel went above and beyond.
A lovely hotel. Modern and clean. On top floor the 6th one all have huge balconies with sunbeds on. Gorgeous apartment. Lovely Spanish food as I like lots of salads etc. Sadly my husband was rushed to hospital with severe pneumonia. Had to stay on longer where director gave a big discount for my unfortunate circumstances. So kind. Staff gone out of their way to assist talking to hospital on my behalf as I can't speak Spanish and enquiring after his health. Thankyou to all. Top service.

Would return.
Enjoyed our visit.would return...hotel good food ok bedrooms ok bit small thou.Some staff miserable.But would recommend this hotel.

Pleasant
Special little touch for our son's birthday, he was pleasantly surprised. We only had breakfast, very large selection, the only disappointment was the coffee at the buffet, otherwise excellent at the bar. I recommend this establishment with my eyes closed.

Wouldnt return
The location of this hotel was great. It was clean.
However there were negatives.
We found the rooms to be very small. Wr struggled getting our single pram through the door it was that small. The beds were 2 double beds pushed together. Not convienant when theres a few adults in your room. Our air con was rubbish as well. It did not work.
The rules for the pool area were silly, we arent allowed outside until 10am. I understand not being allowed in the pool till 10 but to not be able to sit outside in the morning is jokes. The rules for the timing were 10-7pm but after 7pm people were still outside - assuming because they were paying for drinks. At 10am there were a large queue in the reception with people ready to go outside to claim sunbeds. It was hectic. The pool area was clean and lovely though.
I also found staff to be rude and not welcoming. Dont think any of them smiled once.
We paid for breakfast and tea. However the food was awful. No variety. We ate out most nights. The day time bar doesmt serve food apart from pizza. When i asked for one they only had one type which was tuna. Someone before me got a toastie. I asked for one they said they dont serve them. Seems to be if your face doesnt fit

Best San Francisco approved!
Excellent Hotel: small rooms but ok, clean and well-maintained. Restaurant ok, excellent location, soft but appropriate entertainment. Everything EXCELLENT!
