Great trip to Roses!
Roses is a great location. Lovely beach and places to explore. Visited the Castle and Citidel. There are good places to eat in Roses.
My son and I went with Newmarket Holidays and stayed here. The room overlooked the Bay, was comfortable, with good shower and spotlessly clean.
The food was amazing - something for everyone. Great choice.
Went on the Roses Express, to Figures - Salvador Dali Museum, which was wonderful.
Trips into France, on Rack and Pinion Railway and up the cable car.
A wonderful holiday. Jeff, our tour guide was very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend.

The hotel was ok with some good extra points ! Like the room I booked was very spacious and bright with big balcony. ( still didn’t mind to pay quite a price for a 3star Hotel ) Friendly staff, some of them very helpful. The real negative point for us was the lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. The room floor was nice but never cleaned properly; it was always with a black residue like they cleaned with dirty water. Even if we complaint after 3 days finding the same, they never improved much or either ask us how it was at the end ! Even the cleaners who were very friendly seemed to take it personal. Well it was personal because they were told and the next day you could see a small change, but still not good enough. Then I realised it wasn’t going to be great . So I left it there to enjoy the holidays. It is a shame because if the would show some customer care. We would probably would stay again in the future ! The worse was the swimming pool facilities. Everything was tacky and dirty every single day of our stay! Lots of people smoking and not very friendly when we walk our little dog in and out through to the beach. Completely Lack of care. Very disappointed with that and we never used it at all ! 😔

Summer stay
Another superb stay. This is the second year we have come and it was great.
The staff, including the housekeepers, the front desk, as well as the servers (thanks to the girls at the restaurant for their kindness, and to Abel at the bar for making us laugh a lot during two weeks). The meals are great, diverse, and everyone finds something they like. A big thank you to Nuria (activity leader) for having us spend two great weeks with these various activities :) The only small negative point would be the prices for renting the outdoor beds. They are overpriced.... despite that, we will definitely return next summer!

Heerlijk hotel
The housekeeping staff were fantastic, and our room was spotless. The breakfast offered many of the same items every day, but we still really enjoyed it.
What we missed the most was the entertainment. The Frozen evening was by far the best night of our stay. The entertainment team was amazing, and they did a fantastic job. Our daughter was completely fascinated and loved every minute of it.
We were a little disappointed that there was so little entertainment during the day and in the evenings. Our daughter took part in one arts and crafts activity, and she is still talking about it. She had such a wonderful time and really enjoyed it.
We also felt that, on several occasions, the music at the bar was much too loud when there was a singer or musician performing. We enjoyed watching the performances, but it became impossible to have a conversation with each other.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back again in the future.
