Avoid this hotel

Hotel impersonates 4****. However, it does not meet the standards at all.
In the rooms no fridge; no coffee/tea facilities; no hot water (only cold); no paper tissues in the bathroom; no bottle of water nor glass in the room; breakfast only after 08h30; very poor service in the restaurant. After waiting 3/4 hours for order for 3p, one dish was brought almost cold; the second more or less ok but for the third person they said that the ordered was not in stock. Ordered something else that was also served pretty much cold.
For these various reasons, at the express request of us - as experienced tour guides / tour organisers - we were asked for compensation. Was given; unfortunately on their return home they deducted an extra sum of 70,00 euros and this without any proof that we had signed anything for agreement.
To the hotel and the registered office a letter with the necessary copies of payment addressed locally, unfortunately to date without response.
This is outright fraud.

Improveable

Careless appearance, the bathroom with a glass window as a door, we asked the reception boy for a place to snack and he sent us to a pizza place, the bed well, comfortable and clean. Relax, although there were indications of having organized an event in the garden, seeing opinions now, I consider myself lucky

Not right!

Too bad, this hotel could have been a nice place, but our room was dirty, the furniture in very bad condition, not up to its ranking!
Raising the price of your room from 55 € to 105 € once the reservation is made because we came with a small 3kg bottle is a fraud.
We had accepted an additional 15€ for the animal, but to announce us an additional 35 to change rooms, and furthermore refuse our cancellation and thus trap us is not correct.
hotel policy is to take money from its guests by any means.

Absolute hoax and not a 4*

4* what a hoax. I would not even give it a 1 star. The room had 2 double doors out onto a dirty balcony. one of the doors was broken, so could close the door over night. noone to talk to about this. They have an amazing pool, but unusable due to hundreds of wasps all around the edge and in the water. when we mentioned this they this lad said oh yea we know we have a problem with that and the gardener was going to sort it, but has not. then tells us he started 2 days ago.
Breakfast was an absolute joke so decided to pack our bags and go back into ronda for something to eat. when we signed out of hotel, there was no did you enjoy your stay, or even a good bye safe travels. just took our money and run. no apology for lack of swimming pool, no offerof any discount we certainly won't be going back.

Not a great experience!

What can I say this must be the most misleading Hotel I have ever stayed in! The pictures don’t tell you the true story.? This hotel is very rundown and definitely definitely not. Four star. On top of that the staff are very unhelpful. my wife left her purse in the room not in the safe but it was taken. He cards were not used but a large amount of money taken The Hotel didn’t want to help or talk about it! We have tried to contact them but they just put the phone down!!!!If you have booked this hotel please take my advice and cancel there’s a lot nicer ones in Ronda..theft is one of the worst things this hotel should be avoided at all costs
