Very compliant

My experience of staying at Hotel Isla Bella was positive. I really liked that it was on the beachfront, the room was clean and the supply of amenities was correct. The service and attention also seemed right.

Overall fine but dirty bathroom

The good: We have been to this hotel four or five times and the location is great. Next to the beaches of Isla and close to restaurants, shops,...
The breakfast we liked as it is buffet and has a bit of everything. Very complete. The restaurant and cafeteria food is also very good and varied. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room has and the bathroom is the right size.
The bad: Cleaning the bathroom. This is the first time it's happened to us at this hotel. The day of arrival the shower tray was dirty, not with sand, but with dirt that could have been removed by letting the shower water run.
The whole metal shower apparatus was filled with the dry traces of lime water everywhere, from top to bottom and that is something that is simply wiped down with a damp cloth. I cleaned half of it myself to see if they noticed the difference when we took the bath the next day but nothing. They never cleaned it.
Likewise, we never had gel in the shower boat because when we arrived it was empty and I didn’t know they bothered in the five days to check that there was no gel, so we used the shampoo and showered with flip-flops, as it did not give any assurance the lack of cleaning. Plus a bad first impression and feeling of leaving.

The worst

Malisimo,, dirty, smell of damp, the bathroom lost water from the shower was flooded.The air conditioning has been very loud. NOTHING RECOMMENDED!!!!.

Central and comfortable

Room with an excellent ocean view, comfortable beds, and fluffy pillows. The breakfast buffet was very good, but the best thing was the staff: they were all very friendly. The hotel is also centrally located, although the only drawback is that they don't have their own parking.

Comfortable and impeccable room, excellent staff attention, quantity and quality of very good food at breakfast and dinner. A detail to improve the breakfast coffee. Very reasonable price since the service is good , is steps from the beach
