The worst experience of our life in accommodation

I would like to tell you about the dire experience we had in an apartment of the Leo chain in Punta Umbria, Leo Enebrales.
We went from April 11 to 17.
I have to say that when we arrived with the car, we found that the entire Avenida del Dean was invaded by hundreds and hundreds of Portuguese students, who were housed in the various buildings that this chain has, since April 7. They left on the 13th.
According to some people, this happens every year because in Portugal they throw a national party to celebrate that students finish compulsory studies and go to start university, and come to Spain to celebrate it. Well, there they were, with music all over them, occupying the sidewalks. By the way, they told us they were sick of their hat because they were constant noises, day and night, and with room smashes, emptied of fire extinguishers. Come on, some jewels.
Well, we check in at another building, since Leo Enebrales has no reception. They assign us an apartment, and what was our surprise, when night comes, when we are already lying down, that they start to hear in the hallway voices, doors, laughter, and so on throughout the morning from Friday to Saturday.
That night was hell. Impossible to sleep or rest.
What happened is that they put us in the same corridor where a part of these characters were housed, that without any respect, they spent the whole night camping around the building, going in and out, vociferous.
How is it possible that they put us in the same place where they were, with how big the building is?
The next day we went to the reception to complain about this and the receptionist, with crushing stepism and indifference, tells us that we would have called the incident-enabled phone. What phone? We asked him, if you haven’t informed us about this. And why did you get us into them? Couldn't you have put us somewhere else in the building apart from them?
Nothing for an answer.
Let's go for the next incident.
We are told at reception on the day of entry that on Monday the 14th they will go to do the cleaning of the apartment.
That morning we left the sheets and towels inside the bathtub so that they could make them all clean.
When we arrived in the afternoon, we found everything as we had left it in the morning. No one had gone to clean.
I'm back at the desk complaining about this. (2nd complaint)
And again I run into the indifference of the same receptionist as before.
He tells me that not that day they're not going to go anymore, that if anything, the next day.
I ask him what do we have to do then, pick up the sheets off the floor and put them on the bed?
And he goes and takes me out of a closet two sets of sheets and two sets of towels.
And what do I have to do? I ask. Go down the street carrying around in your hands with the two sets of sheets and towels?
And so I had to go down the street to our building to put the clean sheets on.
Embarrassing the treatment received.
And I say that all this, having paid 641 euros for 6 nights of accommodation plus 158 euros for two pets. In total, almost 800 euros paid to receive shameful treatment.
Well, there's more.
The 15th comes.
In the afternoon, when we go into the building with the card, it doesn't work.
We tried several times.
Return to reception (3rd complaint)
First we're told that's because we have her near the cell phone.
What a fool, if we had been in for 4 days without problems, and also, that would happen to other customers, we asked. Again indifference.
Then, they tell us it's blocked because we were leaving on the 15th.
What do you mean we were leaving on the 15th, if we have the start on the 17th??
Then if they didn't know if they could activate them again
All surreal.
In the end, they gave us a manual key to enter the building and, reluctantly, activated the door of the apartment.
In the evening of the same day, I receive a wasap from the owner of the apartments, apologizing for everything that happened and we are offered a spa session and a massage and a suite for the last night.
Hahahahaha, I'll split. Good hours.
And we were offered this because we told them that all this was going to be known. And it doesn't suit them a bad review.
Of course, we do not accept. They won't buy our silence with a massage and a room in time.
Good thing we got the hell out of there on the 17th, because if we had followed, more bad things would have happened to us.
This is our bad experience with Leo Enebrales apartments.
But it will not happen to us anymore, because we will never go there again, even if we were offered a free stay. JAMÁS.
And we're writing this for the record.
