Facilities, rooms, and services a 10.
The buffet presentation, quality, and variety are excellent.
Correct and pleasant personal treatment.
Very careful cleanliness.

Poor information.

Do not go if you have twin strollers. We were misinformed during the reservation, and upon arriving at the hotel, the stroller did not fit in any room. They did not offer us a solution. We were dismantling the double cart five times a day for seven days a week. You can imagine that it was a major constraint for our family vacation. We felt very powerless in this situation due to the lack of empathy at the reception.
It must be said that the rest of the hotel is great for enjoying with family.

Failures that lower the rating.

I would have liked to raise the rating, as the location and the hotel itself are very good, but they made a series of unforgivable mistakes. A negative aspect is the check-in at 4 PM, which means you have already lost half the day; another negative point is that on some days, by 1 PM, our room had still not been made up. And the reception staff did not inform us about all the activities and areas of the hotel. On the positive side, the location, the buffet dining area, and the facilities are good, although the pool tends to be overcrowded with people. Correct WiFi.

Hotel brushstrokes.

We just stayed a week, good location, excellent food but the failure is the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired.The communal areas are clean.

Positively surprised

I have been to the Imserso from 11 to 20 April, I went alone and my experience has been satisfactory, I have not noticed any difference with the guests of the Imserso and those who were on their own, the dining room was for everyone because there were young people and we ate all together , the room surprised me quite a lot, I did not have an apartment hotel, I was comfortable and comfortable , excellent cleanliness and everything perfect (to put some glue , I will say that I missed a full length mirror , but this is by way of suggestion ) the very abundant and very varied and well cooked food, the nice staff , in short I was very satisfied , I will recommend it.
