Breakfast is ok. The car charger at the parking didn't work, no matter how many times I asked for support. Staff is ok, not that helpful. Rooms are a bit old, but clean.

It is a case of wanting to but not being able to.

Quite bad. The service leaves a lot to be desired. At 5:00 PM they assign you a room that is unmade or has a huge stain on the bed. The constant feeling of lack of control and that it is managed by four amateurs in the hospitality industry. They say on the website that they have room service and it is a lie. We came for two days and one was more than enough for us to leave. It is a shame that they are ruining a decent hotel due to incompetent management. We are not returning nor do we recommend it.

3-star hotel with 5-star prices and 2-star service

They think highly of themselves but are not professionals: the room is impractical and very small, the breakfast is lamentable, and the prices are exorbitant for unprofessional service.

Worse than making a mistake is treating the customer with disregard.

I stayed with my wife and daughter for two nights at this hotel for wine tourism in Peñafiel, but unfortunately, unforgivable failures occurred for an establishment of this category. We found the bathroom sink so clogged that it was only usable with a trickle of water, and even then, we had to stop to wait for the dirty water to drain slowly. Increasing the flow from the tap quickly caused an overflow. Similarly, the bathtub was also clogged, but to a lesser extent. We complained at reception, but they said they were full and that maintenance would only come the next day. The following morning, before leaving for our scheduled appointments, we spoke again about the clog at reception, who informed us that maintenance was already scheduled. Upon returning to the room, we noticed that the bathtub had improved, but the sink had not (it even seemed worse). We complained again at reception, who informed us that they would try to contact the maintenance manager, but no one showed up to resolve the problem. However, the worst happened at check-out: when we were asked if everything had gone well, we naturally said no and told the whole story to the person in charge of check-out, who coldly replied with "I'm sorry... I'll report it to management..." (that is, worse than not solving the problem is trying to ignore it or minimize it in front of the customer). As an additional point to be mentioned, the breakfast offered also did not match the category and prices charged by the hotel. Although the food was of good quality, basic items were missing: a variety of fruits (there were only small bowls with a few chopped fruits), yogurt options (including some flavored, lactose-free and sugar-free options), etc. It was a very simple "continental breakfast". I will certainly not return to this place, nor will I recommend it to friends.

Does not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

The rooms are acceptable. At breakfast, it would be nice to receive a hot, freshly cooked fried egg instead of a lukewarm egg from the buffet.
I find it outrageous that one has to pay an additional 28 euros per hour for the spa. Spa is included in almost all hotel prices.
