Enjoying our vacation
The buffet is very varied, complete, and high-quality.
Highlighting the kindness and good work of all the staff.
Special mention goes to Loli, who with her professionalism, friendliness, and good work made us feel at home; without a doubt, it is a pleasure to find people who enjoy their work.

Disappointed with our stay
Some positives: the property is human-sized, well located (close to the beach and shops), the pool is small but clean, and the reception and maintenance staff is pleasant.
On the other hand, several aspects greatly affected our stay:
The room was clearly too small for 4 people.
- Bathroom with rusty elements, uncomfortable bedding, presence of ants...
- The safe was unusable (no key provided).
- The magnetic card for electricity is constantly demagnetized.
- Parking too far from the hotel.
- Very disturbing noise at night because of the restaurant opposite (emptying the bottles 3 m from our window).
And above all, big black spot: water management in restaurants.
Water is charged €3 per half litre, and despite the 2022 Spanish law requiring free tap water on request, we were clearly denied this right. Worse: waiters remove the glasses from the table if you don’t buy a drink, to prevent you from filling them with your bottles. A drinking water machine is available in the morning at breakfast, but disabled for dinner, which is incomprehensible.
The restaurant staff, including Manolo, were particularly unpleasant and unfriendly about this.
This forced water sale policy has simply chilled us to the idea of consuming anything else in the hotel. We preferred to spend our money elsewhere.
And finally on a touch of humor: with each meal, prepare to hunt for small spoons, because there are never any in all places! You almost have to hunt them down like a hidden treasure
Finally, the meals are very basic, with a very limited choice, which becomes tiresome after a few days.
In short, a hotel well located, but which would benefit from respecting the law, improving its basic comfort, and above all offering a minimum of consideration to guests, instead of seeking to make a profit on something as essential as... water.

The stairs and lift could do with a facelift. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
