Amazing hotel in centre of Palma City
Absolutely loved this hotel, Great location, Amazing staff & Great rooms. Dont hesitate to book here, we had a great 3 days stay & would definitely stay here again. No matter what member of staff was on reception, everyone of them was so kind & helpful

Hotel very well located and excellent attention from the staff.
Hotel very well located in the center of Palma, with a good breakfast in a very pleasant patio. Excellent attention from the staff, both at reception and during breakfast. Small but comfortable and bright room.

A charming building with not as charming rooms
The hotel building is a very charming one in a narrow old town road and this infuenced my decision of booking it. Indeed, the outside building as well as all the common areas are spectacular and very tastely decorated. Unfortunately, my room was the opposite: very small with a tiny wardrobe and no decoration at all-a bit like a depressing white box. In theory, there are some amenities provided (e.g. a toothbrush) but these are not provided in the room: you have to go and ask for them yourself at reception which I found a bit annoying. The quality of the breakfast options was not very good in my opinion. Finally, the road that the hotel is located (as well as the adjacent roads) are narrow, not well lit and deserted at night a fact of concern for solo travellers (we were two and still felt very uneasy when coming back at night)

We understand your comments regarding the size, storage space and atmosphere of the room, and we are sorry that it did not feel as comfortable or welcoming as you had hoped. Your feedback is very valuable for us as we continue working on improving the guest experience.
Regarding amenities, we would also like to clarify that, in line with our sustainability policy, some single-use items are available upon request at reception rather than being placed automatically in every room. Even so, we understand that this may not have been clearly communicated and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We also regret that the breakfast did not meet your expectations in terms of quality. Your comments have been shared with the team so that we can continue reviewing and improving our offer.
Finally, we are sorry to read that you felt uneasy when returning to the hotel at night. We are located in the historic centre of Palma, in a pedestrian area with narrow old-town streets, but we fully understand that this perception can be different depending on each guest’s experience. Our reception team is always available to assist with directions, taxi arrangements or any advice that may help guests feel more comfortable during their stay.

City break
The hotel was perfect, very clean and all staff very efficient,friendly and helpful especially Eva on the front desk who guided us with our queries and booked our requests
The hotel is very central in the old town close to all amenities no taxis needed you can walk easily to prime attractions the breakfast was very good with lots of choice
