A great stay!
Beautiful hotel in a great location
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is beautifully decorated throughout, with a gorgeous orange theme that gives the whole place a really bright and stylish feel. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained.
Our room was very spacious, with a super king-size bed, comfortable furnishings, air conditioning and a really good-sized balcony. The pool area was also fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and a handy little kiosk for drinks.
The location is excellent too. There’s a lovely little coffee shop, a shop and a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it really easy to get around. We found it very convenient for getting into Palma city and also heading to Cala Major.
Overall, a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel in a really convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasant
We have been here this morning to do an activity they call "Live from within." It involves spending a morning at the hotel, from 09:00 to approximately 14:00. During that time we did a Pilates class of about 40 min, then we had a talk about taking care of the body and mind in general, then we had brunch, and, finally, we were at the pool.
Now I will go part by part:
-Pilates: I liked the class quite a bit, they were basic exercises, but I understand it due to the variety of the public that was there. The instructor explained the postures very well and the chosen place was pleasant to be in. It was not hot, which is an important point.
-Talk: interesting, but it seemed a bit long to me. The speaker tried to make it enjoyable because it is clear she is an open and talkative person who knows the subject well, and I think that is why she is passionate about what she presents, which is why she went on for so long. But anyway, I have taken away some positive ideas and conclusions and I will stick with that.
-Brunch: very good, abundant, varied, and delicious. In fact, I mentioned it to one of the girls who was restocking the different stations.
-Pool: the swim and the chat with the friends we went with were very pleasant. The atmosphere has been good, no noise or other things that could break the harmony for the moment.
I want to highlight the hotel staff, both the people in the dining service where we were, and the girls who assisted us upon arrival at the event and during it. I make special mention of the blonde girl who did the introductions for the Pilates instructor and the speaker of the talk, because she was very attentive to the group and also, in my case, she asked me if everything was okay both in the dining room and at the pool.
I liked the experience a lot and found it enriching.
I have not slept in this hotel, so I cannot evaluate other services.

A stay to repeat
From the first moment we felt very comfortable, with very well-maintained facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and professional throughout our stay, always willing to help and with a friendly manner. I would also highlight the cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast, with quite a variety and good quality products. Great for a city break
The hotel is very clean. The reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and Silvanna at breakfast is really friendly and very attentive. The pool is lovely and really quiet. It is very easy to get a sun lounger, no getting up at 05:00 to stake a claim! The hotel is in walking distance to a large shopping mall and the steak restaurant there was delightful.
Our only negatives are that the hotel is up a hill and there is no bar for an evening.

Nice hotel, wrong location.
The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff very helpful. However, it doesn't have a bar. Not even by the pool. It's location isn't so good as there aren't any bars nearby.
The hotel is good for those who just want a bit of peace and quiet, or those on business. It's not so good for those wanting a beach holiday or for families.
