Good place, helpful stuff and very nice place, location great and hostel was very clean,evening was perfect!

Good hotel LOUSY RECEPTION

I have stayed in this Hostel several times because value for money is good, this March I travel again to Palma I have always made the reservation directly with them calling the phone they have contact online which by the way is a mobile and the receptionist tells me that who has given me that phone (I say the one that puts online ) and tells me because he speaks to me on WhatsApp I say I did not know but everything with very bad ways and I say I see that he is bothering my call if he wants to hang up and says to me SEEMS PERFECT with which we will not return .

Clean room, nice to have a balcony for fresh air.
Handy to be able to use plates and cutlery from downstairs for food.

Great location

We stayed 3 nights in this hostel a few kilometers from the center of Palma.
The positive notes are very few including precisely the location.
The room is small but the most annoying thing is that it is dirty: we often found hair on sheets and towels, even two blood stains on a towel.
There are no shelves both in the bedroom and in the bathroom.
Breakfast is very repetitive and very approximate

Hotel a little removed from the center but good neighborhood and quiet
Very clean room very good for 1 or 2 nights
Very average breakfast and staff not too kind pity
