The room was very comfortable. The hotel close to food and transportation. Diego was very responsive to question. Thanks.

Watch out for cancellations

3 weeks ago I booked a room for 2 nights to 1 week view.
Cancellation is free up to 48h before.
2 days later (5 days before arrival) call to cancel one of the nights. You can only cancel by calling as they do not provide any link to cancel.
They tell me the manager does it because the girl he was talking to didn't have permits.
When I did not receive mail with the modification of the Reservation I called again and they tell me that the manager already does it.
So I was for 3 days, calling to get my cancellation confirmed and the money back.
Finally, 2 days before arrival I receive an email with the new Reservation.
Since then I continue to consult the bank daily for the refund that I have not yet received.
They tell me that the money back that takes some time, but it is not normal that 2 weeks after requesting the cancellation and 1 week after you have made the stay does not yet have the credit of the cancelled night.
So watch out for cancellations!

Close to the beach, there is nothing else,

Small room, tiny bathroom, the shower did not regulate the temperature of the cold or hot water, it was so small that the sink is outside the room, without a closet there is only a bar with three hangers and because we asked for them. We stayed three days and they did not clean I didn't have the room any day, I put up the sign and they only made the bed one day, it was very hot being August and close to the beach it doesn't even have a sad fan. It does have parking for €8 a day. To say that the hotel manager does not accept criticism well.

Very good experience

Hotel with a very good quality-price ratio, I have been in the month of August and I value the proximity to the beach, an area with a lot of service and restaurants. The Hostel is very comfortable, clean and new. I really liked the bathroom and the breakfast that we enjoyed during our stay

comfort and design

Hotel with a very good location and very comfortable just 50 m from the beach. It has a common kitchen to eat and have breakfast. Everything is very well designed. Very good price quality. I really liked the experience
