Total friendliness

Privileged location. We enjoyed room 302, with spectacular views of the Plaza de la Villa and a pleasant terrace. Total kindness on the part of the receptionists, especially Olga.

Barely enough, I booked for one night
Small, noisy room, even the fan made noise
Breakfast, okay, but to serve that serrano ham, it would be better to serve nothing; in Teruel they should serve local ham.
The good thing is that it has an elevator, the location is very central.

A very nice and central 3 stars.

3-star hotel, in the heart of the city. Very nice both on the outside and inside. Mind you, nice room, but... just enough, as well as the bathroom. I got it at a good price, we have spent only one night, enough to see the village.

Malpractice in informing hotel policies

We booked a month ago. The week before the stay, we contacted to add services.
The stay was going to be Thursday... And on Monday of that week we are told that there is mobile disc, bulls, etc. in that square... Which is our turn to cancel because we're going with a 6-year-old girl. We can no longer find available accommodation in the area.
Fatal on the part of the hotel: the dates of the local parties should know already, even the week before when we had already got in touch is contact.
They're waiting to let you know at the last minute if you don't cancel.

Check at the place next door, if they're going to make a Late

ATTENTION!!! IF YOU'RE BOOKING ROOM HERE. 1/I recommend that you ask the bar next door if they are going to do Late because if so you will not hit eye during the night. Don't trust what they tell you at reception, because we asked them, seeing that they had installed bars and a stage around the Hotel, if the party was going to last long, because the next day we had to continue traveling and .... until three times they told us first at 23:00 then at 24:00 and after that they didn't know when it was going to end. Result : The party ended at about 3:00 in the morning and finally at 4:30 when the celebrants went home. 2/in the rooms was the heat in and the only thing the fan did was move the hot air, but we also could not open the window because of the music !!!! so we had to choose between choking or throwing some dancers 3/ hard mattress of springs and insufferable pillows, so little rest also for this part. Conclusion, if you are going to book at this hotel, think about it very much.
