The setting and the service are TOP.

The garden and the views it offers of Lekeitio and the sea are spectacular. Isabel's service was outstanding; she treated us with efficiency and top-notch cordiality. Thank you Isabel, I hope to return soon with my guitar :-)

For breakfast, definitely do not go before

A truly magnificent view for the room and the breakfast was very average, just a slice of toast and a frozen croissant; the electrical installation is not up to standard, bedding and linens are not great, fortunately the staff is nice

Lovely 19th century villa with fantastic views and wonderful staff. I would stay again for sure, despite being surprised that the split unit AC doesn’t work, only half the windows open, some bathtub tiles were old and appeared moldy, and there seemed to be no real concern about any of it. Still, I’ll pick the same apartment next time, and maybe bring my own large coffee mug and kitchen sponge :-)

A MUST-SEE, do not miss this one.

The location and view are HUGE, very pleasant welcome in a magnificent building. The only small downsides, to mention something, breakfast outside!!, very slippery shower in the room we were in (dangerous), reported to the staff.

Casual vibe helpful staff!

Views are spectacular. Charming property but could use a deeper cleaning. We made it down the path to town and I also took the short, steep section to the pristine beach. We had a little trouble with juggling our luggage as we wanted to see the church before leaving on the bus to Gernika. Elvia in the hotel office offered us a ride into town to so we could see the church and have lunch at the port, then picked us up and brought us with our luggage to the bus stop! Thanks so much!
