Relaxing getaway
The truth is that I loved the room, the facilities were very good, with the pool and the food trucks, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for everything☺️

Every year I go, and this year the toilet in the room had more separation from the edge of the sink cabinet, and it did not dig in; the other times it was impossible, and I ended up with bruises. I do not consider myself overweight, but it is tight and it is an edge.
The mattress was spectacular, the bed a bit small, the pool and tranquility were very good, and the staff was very good.
The two girls at breakfast were very attentive and patient, the breakfast has improved, and the ham was very good. If you go with breakfast included, it is very complete; it is worth it.

Maximum disappointment!
A disappointment. The space remains the same as four years ago, but the service is nothing comparable. We returned because it was a hotel that had marked us, but we did not leave with the same feeling...
Wake up and not having in the hotel where to have breakfast makes no sense. The entire outdoor living space of the hotel closing at 9:00, with the closure of the pool, was also a surprise. We resigned to the room and its outer space to be able to enjoy the hot nights of the place. We paid a superior room, with terrace, but the cleaning resigned to the interior. Sands and everyday garbage that are on the balcony stay to accompany us during our stay. As we arrived on a Friday we could see the face of some receptionist. On the other days of the week the contact was only telephone, even for the checkout, like in a guesthouse. Although I speak Spanish, my requests were never well understood because it took 3 days of insistence for them to be answered, allegedly for misunderstanding. I do not understand the difficulty of realizing that we expect the outer space to be equally clean and that the safe be handed over to us so that we can use it.
Cherry at the top of the cake of what was already a weak and disappointing experience was to have forgotten, at night, the jacket hanging on the pool gate, the hotel being practically empty, the night guard having seen it, as I confirmed, but not having kept it, allegedly because someone could still come for it. It was effectively confirmed that someone, who was not the owner, went to get him. Yes, it wasn't in the safe and it was my forgetting, but let's say if you expected a better outcome given all the circumstances...
We paid hotel price and were offered a guesthouse, no breakfast.
Don’t be mistaken, not everything stays the same and going back to the same places doesn’t mean living the same experiences.
It is worth the architecture, that the negative point was always not having a blackout and that there was no upgrade.

Weak experience, hotel abandoned even by staff during the week. There was no place to have breakfast and if anything was needed just by call someone could show up.
We asked to open our safe and clean the balcony and only after 3 days the service was done.
Disappeared 1 item that was saved.
We forgot about a jacket in the pool and it seems unfortunate to me that the night guard saw it and instead of keeping it left to rest, never having the jacket appeared again, even when only 3 or 4 rooms were occupied.
