Lovely apartment in the centre of the old town
Although it was a little tricky obtaining access, because all the flats in the block were self contained with no reception area, the apartment was lovely, with a small fridge, quite spacious and very clean. The owner, Maite, came round and took us for a guided tour of the old part of the city, which was very kind of her. Highly recommended.

REGRETTABLE, 0 RECOMMENDABLE.
The experience was regrettable.
We got there and called the doorbell (nowhere did it say the name of the accommodation), no one opened the door, I tried to contact the phone number that appears in Booking as the contact number for the accommodation and to my surprise, the phone number does not exist.
I write to them by email and they don't answer me. Seeing that it was impossible to contact them, I called Booking and they told me that they have managed to speak with the owner and that she will contact me at 2:30 p.m. (half an hour before check-in). She also wrote to me at the same time that booking spoke with her.
At 2:33 p.m. he wrote me a WhatsApp from another phone that does not appear on the website and asked me to send him a photo of our ID via WhatsApp. Obviously I refuse, since booking informs that this type of act is not safe and that I was right not to send anything.
The woman starts to get angry and tells me that if I don't want to send it to her via WhatsApp, I should send it to her by email (which is also not the email on the website). I refuse again and give him the same reason. She stops answering and after a while the only thing she writes through Booking is: the girl doesn't trust me.
I speak to Booking again and they tell me to send my ID to the address of this owner (an address that did not match the one she had given me either), she tells me that it is the accommodation's policy. I tell you that this lady has not sent me any policy and that on the website the only policy that appears is the booking policy and it says that under no circumstances and for our security do we send personal data by email, WhatsApp, or chat. In booking they tell me that they are going to proceed to refund me the amount.
All this at a time in which I had to be at the door of the accommodation until all the misunderstanding was cleared up. I had a work video conference at 3:30 p.m. and I had to cancel it, because it was 4:00 p.m. and nothing had been resolved yet.
In the end I managed to get a refund for the accommodation, but the reason was: I did not comply with the accommodation policy.

Alojamiento asqueroso. NO RESERVAR
La peor experiencia en alojamiento de toda mi vida. El propietario ni preguntó si estuvimos bien. El alojamiento estaba SUPERsucio. Polvo por todas partes y superficies pegajosas. Bajo la cama, un auténtico almacén de productos químicos mezclados con la ropa "limpia". La ducha, con las juntas negras de suciedad. Pelos, manchas en las toallas... Un mensaje machista sobre la mesita de noche que refleja la mentalidad de este tipo gente...
Mi mujer, alérgica, no paró de toser en toda la estancia; tuvimos que pasar el día fuera. Por si fuera poco, el propietario se negó a devolvernos el dinero. Tampoco sirvió para nada haber reservado por Booking, se desentendieron también.
Sólo espero que nadie vuelva a pasar por esto.
Como guinda del pastel, el propietario me bloqueó para no recibir mi queja.
