Unacceptable

We had a reservation for 10 days in September booked 3 months earlier. We saw on the Internet they used to cancel the reservations so we called them month ago to confirm everything is ok. Then two weeks later we double checked with them via email. At night after 10P.M. before our arrival, they cancelled it! We were already on our way to Malaga and were left with no place to stay. You should NEVER book with them, those people hav no control of what they do.

guaranteed reservation was not honored when I arrived. No communication from owner.

I booked and paid for a night's stay in advance. Directions said to contact the owner at least 24 hours in advance, which I did but received no reply. I made more than half a dozen attempts at calls and texts in English and Spanish. I left messages. No reply. I arrived after 18 hours of travel and still no reply to my frantic calls, even when I was on the doorstep. The building in the pictures in not the address of the apartment - much dingier. The neighborhood is not central at all. I had to take a taxi.
So, I walked down the road to a hostel and the hostel manager called the number for me. She answered on the first ring! She had rented the apartment to another party! Eventually, with the help of the Spanish-speaking hostel owner who took pity on me, Delta.com hotels, through which I had booked the reservation, was able to find a comparable apartment. I finally settled about 20:30 pm after arriving at 16:30 pm. I would not recommend reserving this apartment. Other reviews also detail the deception of the pictures and difficulty contacting the owner.

Me cancelaron la reserva en pleno viaje

No lleguamos a ir estábamos ya en medio de nuestro viaje cuando recibimos una comunicación de Hoteles.com solicitándonos urgente comunicación por la cancelación de la reserva
Nos consiguieron una reserva alternativa y al día siguiente fue cancelada también
Solicitamos el reembolso y decidimos no ir a Málaga

horrible y decepcionante

íbamos para 4 noches y al final nos marchamos en la primera y buscamos otro lugar. Era imposible dormir, es un bajo y la ventana no se podía cerrar por culpa de un sistema precario de aire acondicionado, en las fotos de booking no sale como es la realidad , es increible la tomadura de pelo....etc no le recomiendo a nadie que vaya a ese sitio, penoso y deficiente, es una pena que jueguen así con los turistas.

Fin lägenhet med förbättringspotential!

Det första intrycket av lägenheten var positiv, men sedan upptäckte vi att lägenheten var väldigt opraktiskt möblerad. En massa möbler i onödan istället för t.ex. avlastningsbänk för resväskor. Vi fick flytta på en hel del möbler för att få plats med våra två resväskor.
Badkaret var halt och livsfarligt. Små kackerlackor i lägenheten.
Värst var den stressade värdinnan som hade jagat oss på telefon och mail i över en timme. Vi hade meddelat att vi skulle vara på plats kl.15 och vi var där någon minut före men hon var så stressad och uppjagad när vi kom. Stället saknar reception men det ska inte påverka mottagandet av gäster. Kanske dags att installera dörrar med kodlås för att underlätta inför gästernas ankomst?
